In Person and Online Classes Available

Join us for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Classes are lead by Tiaga Harprem Singh a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor.

All classes are open level and inclusive of all bodies and people. Tiaga uses his background in trauma research and recovery to offer practices that strengthen the nervous system, encourage the release of trauma through breath and movement, and foster self love and care.
