Kundalini Yoga – Meditation – Wellness
Sat Nam and Welcome to August! This month we will focus on the theme of Light – The idea of how creation enters existence. We use the practice to develop our connection to this force through our own internal light, our kundalini.
This meditation is most powerful when we let ourselves fall into the movement and be held by the mantra. This meditation uses the mantra “Har, Hare, Hari,” which are three names, or aspects, of the divine. The divine in the physical, the divine all around, and the divine that is eternal.
Using the index finger, our Jupiter finger, we are channeling the energies of expansion and wisdom. Combining the mantra, mudra, and movement we are inviting in energies of prosperity, success and fulfillment.
The Meditation 🧘🏻
Focus: brow point
Mudra: index finger extended, all others culled under the thumb. Circle your fists away from the center line of the body
Mantra: Har, Hare, Hari
Time: 11 min
To finish: circle as fast as possible and chant “Har” for 15 seconds, then relax.
