Kundalini Yoga – Meditation – Wellness
Sustainer, Liberator, Enlightener, Infinite, Destroyer if Evil, Creator, Nameless, Desireless
Gobinday, Mukanday, Udaray, Aparay, Hariang, Kariand, Norman’s, Akamay.
What is it that you hold as nameless? What do you hold as creator, liberator, infinite? This week we call to that. Although the paths and names may be many, the truth is one. This weeks meditation is said to bring prosperity and happiness while creating a shield that is protective and helps to clear our path.
My personal journey with what I found to be infinite, what I found to be nameless and sacred has been a convoluted journey with many starts, stops, and hairpin turns. Growing up I had a had time with the God word. I was growing up in, at the time, a spiritual practice that taught me that who I innately was, was bad, was wrong. So I rebelled, I separated. And years later with a lot of work, patience, and love I’m able to come into this space where I know that I am divine, I am innately good and am whole. I now rejoice through prayer, movement, and spirit work.
That is what this meditation is about. Even if you’re on the fence just come along and give yourself the experience to call to the God within you.
